Products

We do. We pride ourselves on our ability to bake unrecognizably delicious allergen free desserts. We use high quality alternative ingredients that we have personally tested and love. We have years of experience baking in the allergen-free space and are very accommodating. All of our cookies, cakes, and sweets can be made gluten free. Almost all of our goods can be substituted for those with nut or lactose allergies as well. Allergen information and all ingredients can be found with each product.  If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to contact us at info@thisislovebakeshop.com. 

*For those with severe allergies we do not have a certified allergen free kitchen. We only have one facility for all production therefore minute traces of allergens could be present in all of our goods.

If your desired date is not showing, this date is already fully booked or is no longer available as it falls within three business days. Sorry, this date is now closed for cake orders.

We are a made-to-order bakeshop. At a minimum, our cake orders must be made 3 days (72 hours) in advance, while our cookies and cupcakes needs to be ordered 2 days (48 hours) in advance. 

Unless the order is to a grand scale you can order multiple cookies, cupcakes, and cakes to your cart and procced to the checkout normally. 

If you are having a grand scale celebration, we’d love to be involved. Please email us at  sweets@thisislovebakeshop.com at least 7 days prior to your desired pick up or delivery date. Include the date for your order, quantities, and any relevant information.  

We understand plans change. If you need to change the details or date of your order, just send us an email with your Order Number in the subject heading to sweets@thisislovebakeshop.com with your amendments (noting we cannot make changes to your order within 72 hours of receiving them). We also do not accept cancellations within 3 days as well. Please wait to hear from us with a confirmation of your changes (noting the only place we accept order amendments is in writing, via email). 

At this time, we are not a retail bakery location, so we do not have cookies, cakes, and sweets readily made for walk-in customers. Every order placed on our website is made-to-order.

Unfortunately, we do not accept customizations that aren’t available as options on our website. 

Logistics

Yes, all orders are available for pickup. You can schedule a time to pick up your order at checkout. Our address for pick up is 8910 Autumn Winds Drive Raleigh, NC 27615. 

We do offer delivery service across the Triangle Area. All deliveries are hand delivered by us so we are currently unable to deliver outside of a certain radius. Listed below are the towns that we deliver to.

  • Wake Forest 

We offer local delivery every weekend on both Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm. You can select where and when you would like your goods to be delivered at checkout.
